We built DropPost because we were the ones re-posting the same photo four times a day.
DropPost didn't start as a market opportunity — it started as the daily grind of getting one photo or video onto Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok, one app at a time, for a real business.
DropPost was built by the same people who run Center Court Pickleball, a real, multi-location pickleball facility business. Every day we had photos and videos worth sharing — a full court on a Tuesday night, a great rally, a new event — and every day, sharing them meant the same repetitive chore: open Facebook, upload the file, write a caption, post. Open Instagram, upload the same file again, rewrite the caption, post. Then X. Then TikTok.
None of that work required anyone to think creatively about strategy or timing. It just required someone to sit down, four separate times, and manually push the same piece of content out to four separate apps, every single day, across every location we operate. It wasn't hard. It was just relentless, and it never stopped needing to happen.
We looked at the existing social media tools built to solve this, and almost all of them assumed what we wanted was a content calendar — a place to plan posts weeks in advance. That wasn't our problem. Our content wasn't planned ahead of time; it was captured in the moment, right after it happened, and we wanted it live right after that, not queued for later. What we actually needed was for the moment we already saved a file to be the moment publishing happened — automatically.
So we built DropPost around that idea: a private Dropbox folder as the entire input. Drop a photo or video in, DropPost writes a caption, and it publishes to every connected Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok account automatically. It's the tool we wished existed when we were the ones doing this by hand — and today it's used by other real pickleball and sports-facility businesses too, including Champs Pickleball.
Why Dropbox
Every phone and camera roll already syncs to a folder somewhere. We didn't want to ask anyone to learn a new app or log into a new dashboard just to post something — we wanted the file they already save to be the entire trigger. Drop it in the folder, and the rest happens on its own.
Why no scheduling calendar
Real businesses don't plan their best content two weeks out — they capture it right after it happens and want it live right after that. DropPost isn't built around a queue you have to plan and manage. It's built around one action: drop a file, and it goes out.
Who we build for
We build DropPost for people running an actual business, not a marketing department. That's why it's used today by real pickleball and sports-facility operators, including our own business and others like Champs Pickleball — people who need posting to happen in the background, not as another task on the list.
See it work on your own content.
Connect your accounts, drop in a photo or video, and watch DropPost publish it everywhere automatically. Or read exactly how we handle your data and your accounts on our Trust page first.
