These terms govern your use of DropPost, a service operated by Nameless Investments, Inc ("DropPost," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DropPost monitors a Dropbox folder you designate, generates a caption for new photos and videos using AI, and publishes them to the social media accounts you connect (currently Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok). You control which accounts are connected and can disconnect any of them at any time.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for everything published through your account, including content generated by our AI captioning feature if you've turned off manual approval.
- You must have the right to post the content you upload, and to connect the social media accounts you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DropPost to post content that:
- Violates the terms of service of any platform you connect (Dropbox, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, X, or TikTok);
- Is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others;
- Is spam, or is designed to manipulate or abuse any platform's systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
4. Third-party platforms
DropPost publishes to third-party platforms using APIs and permissions you explicitly grant. We don't control those platforms, their availability, or their policies, and we're not responsible for changes they make that affect how your content is delivered or displayed.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can view and manage your subscription, including cancellation, from your billing page at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless we say otherwise at the time.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
DropPost is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that captions generated by AI will always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free, or that every post will publish successfully — third-party platform outages, API changes, and policy violations are outside our control. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated captions if you've enabled manual approval.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropPost and Nameless Investments, Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost content.
8. Termination
You may stop using DropPost and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or the acceptable use policy above.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and, for material changes, notify you by email.
